Now in its 30th year since founding in 1996, the 2026 edition leans into a 90s-themed Pearl Anniversary concept — think Cosmos, Appletinis, and throwback beats in the exclusive VIP Grand Cru lounge, which hosts 500 guests in a nostalgic, high-energy setting. The general festival experience spans the full length of the boulevard, with restaurants competing for attendees’ attention through lavish tasting stations, chef-driven creativity, and pairing expertise.
